Demystifying performance consistency

There is no end to theories about performance consistency. We can assume it is a function of education and training, incentive structures, leadership accountability, role clarity, compensation, standards, processes and systems.

In reality, we perform consistently to the degree we have developed the habits to do so. If we don’t know how to form new habits, everything else remains theoretical variables. This is the new question: how can people learn how to grow new habits?
