In organizations, and in the civic space, decisions are made daily by those with less information than others. They decide because their position asssigns the freedom to do so. As more shareable information is available to more people, we can finally shift to a model where decisions are made by those with the most relevant information.
This is a function of having the right questions in the first place. Getting the questions right is more possible in an inclusive rather than exclusive process. Then good decision making becomes possible.
