Book 18: Smarter Together

I'm currently rounding out book 18. Smarter Together is about how the core difference between smart and stressed organizations is in the quality of their conversations. People in smart organizations work from the narrative that we are smarter together and the character of their conversations reflect and optimIze this promise. People in stressed organizations work from the opposite narrative that one of us can and needs to be smarter than all of us and their conversations reflect that.

The book outlines how smart organizations work from three core principles of integrity, initiative and inclusion. Teams become more agile and entrepreneurial because they listen to their markets more deeply and engage talent more rigorously. Growing smarter organizations will be vital to raising the quality of life for everyone on the planet.
