When we map out team goodness, the array of helpful abilities and qualities on a team, we find people who have expertise they habitually engage. They might know how to teach it to others. Knowing how to teach something is a special ability that takes clarity and practice.
Storytelling and modeling are two useful ways for the transfer of expertise. People with expertise must become more conscious of their competency to do either or both. This is simply the work of creating recipes of action and attention that others can use, practice and master. Expertice transfer is made possible through the growth of conscious competency.
