The practice of agile organizational structure

In agile organizational structure, we critique and adjust how we do business every two quarters, or at least annually. We look at things like decision making inclusion, degrees of freedom to get things done, how we listen to our markets, how we design and deliver what we promise, how we manage all forms of communication and the agreements we work from.

This isn't time consuming and worth the effort in currencies of efficiency, empowerment and alignment.
