Logos

It's interesting that the Greek work logos represents meaning and relationship.

We create meaning in our work and life when we create connections. These are connections between our stories, intentions, ideas and questions. The deeper these connections, the deeper the meaning we experience. We are fulfilled and realized in the quality of our connections. We are transformed by the connections we create.

Relationships are, and have always been, the most important assets in an organization. This sharply contrasts with the old models that positioned people as costs. In this era, logos is a prime principle in our thrivancy.
