Getting boomers into tech

There are more than a few organizations feeling challenged to engage baby boomers in new tech adoption. Change is the ultimate constant in all things tech. It is how the tech community competes and succeeds, basically by making it more possible every day to switch to new technology. As the costs of building tech decrease, change becomes more affordable, and more of a challenge for any tech challenged generation or demographic.

We can pair early and later adopters. We can introduce more iterative development and implementation. We can design more and better user stories into minimum viable products. We can build more agile tools. We can design from the principle of zero training.
