Friends @ Work

Is it good for culture and performance that people have and make friends at work? The old school would frown on it. Gallup's tons of engagement data says it's vital for engagement.

Contrary to arguments that organizations can't do anything about work friendship except manage by hope, our creative firm Thrive@Work invents ways for people to cultivate and grow authentic friendships with peers.

We give people ways to practice making new connections through storytelling, aligning passions, celebrating everyone's strengths and contributing to each other's bucket list wishes. People find it very natural and effective. They thrive in the connections.
