What is love?

This was by far the most Googled question in 2014.

It speaks perhaps to how we continue to struggle with inherited versions in familial, intimate, social and professional contexts.

We talk about loving our families and signifcant others, our friends and work mates, our customers and suppliers. I have kept my vow to use the word love more this year in my work with organizations and communities because it is a powerful force in the transformation of who we are and what we do.

We do need a new vocabulary and grammar for love because it is vital to our thrivancy. We need to reinvent our relationship to love so it engages, inspires and connects us to realize our personal and shared potentials.
