The ubiquity of improv

Leaders and teams in organizations dedicate more than a few hours making sure they have as many things anticipated, planned and monitored in order to get as close as they can to a durable, if not agile, state of zero negative surprises.

Even so, some of the best improvise their way to satisfying culture and outcomes. Reactively and proactively, they improv their way from uncertainty to clarity, talk to action, questions to decisions, unresolved to resolved, dreams to realizations. They draw from learning and intuition, conversations and principles to make things up as they go along. It works for them.

Part of the magic is working from good questions continuously. It can be done.
