Being a writer is an ontological and epistemological intention. It is a way of being and knowing in the world. As in any artistic craft, the core of our narrative is putting life into words in ways that causes others to see the world with new eyes.
I use my writing to shape the way teams in organizations and groups in communities strive to thrive. My writing brings new questions and perspectives. It inspires new hows to people's clearest whys. It informs how I work. My work is as good as my writing, and so my dedication to my work begins with my dedication to my writing.
On a deeper level, it is obvious to me that transformation of consciousness is always rooted in a transformation of language. Writing creates space for this transformation. It allows me to more and more be the change I want to see.
