Why do we still use the phrase "low income" when referring to a specific demographic in communities and regions? I wonder what would shift if we instead changed the conversation to talk about education. We would talk about low, medium and high education people. Granted, this doesn't replace the economic gradations because they education and economic levels don't always equate. It would shift emphasis on education which is related to happiness which is related to quality of life, an indicator I would argue might be a more significant indicator than simply economic metrics. All forms of education are pivotal metrics in the thrivancy of the commons.
