Rethinking Weaknesses

We can think of weaknesses as undeveloped talents we or aren't actively working on developing and poorly timed talents that get in the way of our success.

We can work on undeveloped talents as long as we have the physical capacity to develop them.  We can swap out poorly timed talents for better timed talents. Having weaknesses is not intrinsically problematic. They are opportunities for developing and better timing the talent assets we already have.
