10 Years For "Appreciative Leadership"

10 years ago I wrote a groundbreaking book, "Appreciative Leadership," with the intention to propose a positive psychology model for the everyday practice of leadership in organizations. It's all still relevant and certainly more tested and supported by the science and research since.

The message then still resonates: We can approach leadership in a completely positive way, even when dealing with less than positive dynamics and outcomes. It's just a matter of learning how.
