Assessing team culture

If we define team culture as how connected, free and valued people feel, all we have to do is ask team members and their leaders two questions: 

1. When do you feel connected, free and valued in your work?

2. When would you like to feel more connected, free and valued in your work? 

Two simple, focused questions create an actionable roadmap for growing the team's culture, which drives all manner of learning, creativity, performance, compassion, mindfulness and loyalty.
