The Language Of Happiness

It's interesting to think of happiness as language. We learn, practice and benefit from happiness the way we do with language.  With experience, we develop fluency and literacy.

Happiness is the language of being present, grateful, focused, resilient, curious, humorous, humble, caring, purposeful, courageous, connected and alive. It is the language of habits and rituals based on the realization that happiness has to do with how we pay attention in our life and world.

That's what language does. It shapes our attention which is significant because the quality of our life is equal to the quality of our attention. The more we learn and practice the language of happiness, the more we thrive.
